Sorry, but Audio Cleaner Pro hasn't been under development and MAGIX hasn't been selling it for years. If it was still working for you under the more recent OSX/macOS generations, prior to Catalina, you were pretty lucky. There definitely isn't going to be any update to ensure compatibility with Catalina.
