I've Sound Forge Audio 9 and I try to update my user information. Obvious I have a code. But the system answers that the software is not well installed.
The key was sent by sony in jun-13-2009.
My Machine id was one but I changed.
I have a serial number. and a new Machine Id
The software works well but I'm interested to upgrade this version and one off the rasons is that I've windows 10 64bit.
Can you solve do the registration?

Before getting any help from other members please edit message and remove all personal information including serial and Id numbers in your message for security reasons.

As @PATIENT-X advised, you should never post confidential personal data, like serial numbers etc., to any public forum. Hence I have edited your post to remove those details.
Have you checked the product pages for Sound Forge Pro and Sound Forge Audio Studio for the cost of the upgrade? Your current serial number should entitle you to the upgrade price, I think. If so, you may need to enter it on the purchase page, or during installation of the new version.
