Upgrade problem

I just attempted to upgrade my Movie Studio to 25 Ultimate, but did not receive that level, but rather the simple Upgrade of a lower version.. I intended to spend the $109.xx to do an upgrade, as presented. However, the system somehow (whether by my error or the site, reloading page, etc...) only charged me ($89.xx) for the standard Movie Studio 25 Suite.

I would like to return the "not activated" Movie Studio Suite and receive the Movie Studio 25 Ultimate instead. I'm fine with refunding the $89 and then just performing the upgrade process again, ensuring I am not creating any problems of course. Or if possible to do - I authorize the additional $20.xx charge to the same American Express (USAA) payment method used prior.

How would I go about getting this done?

Hi, this is a user forum not Magix support, someone will give you the relevant details if you still want a refund but..

Movie Studio Ultimate is Movie Studio 25 Suite but with added 'extras' & it is is only £89 here for the upgrade.

Thank you. I did follow purchase refund links to get here, but I seem to have diverted myself to the Forums. LOL I have since submitted a CS email for my refund request. I specifically want the Extras (effects and titles, etc), so it's worth my time to pursue this effort.

@Steven-Burns You will have the extras, it's been quite a while since i did this kind of upgrade, so they will be either in the email that you received or in the Extra effects ready to install

I just turned MMS on to take that picture above & while writing that comment it updated itself, the white arrow shows they're ready to install, (They already are installed so I don't know why it always shows that but you can check & find them in the list below those icons)

I'm at work atm. I did also get an email reply from MAGIX saying that I did indeed purchase the correct version, and essentially the same thing you're mentioning now (without your extra detail - and yes, ty again LOL). I'll get to it over the weekend, and I'll update the post. Really... I am very very grateful!

@Steven-Burns 👍 I'm also going to work now so do update this post when you get chance, Magix Support is ok but often you'll get a better or quicker 'solution' from the people on this forum who have yrs of experience, I've owned Magix for nearly 20yrs but there's others on here that know the software intimately more than I do 👍

So, as it happens, I did not get to do any installations over the weekend. However, I did receive, over the weekend (not the same day) invoices that itemized the elements included in my purchase. That document answered all outstanding questions regarding the purchase. So, all is good now. Thanks again for all of your feedback. It got me through the confusion the start there for sure.
