I just attempted to upgrade my Movie Studio to 25 Ultimate, but did not receive that level, but rather the simple Upgrade of a lower version.. I intended to spend the $109.xx to do an upgrade, as presented. However, the system somehow (whether by my error or the site, reloading page, etc...) only charged me ($89.xx) for the standard Movie Studio 25 Suite.
I would like to return the "not activated" Movie Studio Suite and receive the Movie Studio 25 Ultimate instead. I'm fine with refunding the $89 and then just performing the upgrade process again, ensuring I am not creating any problems of course. Or if possible to do - I authorize the additional $20.xx charge to the same American Express (USAA) payment method used prior.
How would I go about getting this done?
