@Haydn-Madigan

Can you tell us a little more about the problem, please???

I can see from your screenshot that you are being invited to upgrade to version 19 but your thread title doesn't really help us to help you!

Hi

In addition to @emmrecs comment, if you have already upgraded to the v19.x.x.x version, what is the version number as found under Help, About?

The program thinks you have not upgraded so there may be another issue - what is the computer specification and Antivirus program being used, see this topic for what is required and please quote processor and graphics card make/model in full.

I would suggest you put this information in your profile signature so we do not have to keep asking for it.

@Haydn-Madigan

You say that you've done the upgrade a number of times. If so, then v19 is probably installed but you are opening v18.5 instead. V18 is not removed. The icon is still there as will be the one for v19. Also, if you have the icon in the bottom task bar, it does not get changed - it's still for v18. Check which programs you have under Windows Start.

I'm having the same problem, except that I have NOT upgraded to v. 19! It keeps asking me to upgrade, I click "Yes", and then .... nothing happens. There's no new icon, no new software in my download file, I've searched my computer for v.19 and it is not there. When I open Xara it is still v.18, and EVERY TIME I open it, it tells me I need to upgrade to the new version. And EVERY TIME I say yes, do all the things, and NOTHING HAPPENS. P.S. I did post my own comment about this, attached all the screenshots, etc. but got no replies from anyone. Cheers.

UPDATE: Xara finally decided to run the upgrade. It went through its installation process, did the software update, and I now have Version 19! (Only took it around 2 months to get there.)
