Upgrade nightmare

Anyone else having a nightmare upgrading Magix software? I'm about to give up and change to different software... hopefully with better support! I mean, really... what are we paying this crowd for? The most complicated upgrade system I have ever encountered!

Nope, none whatsoever, and I have a lot of Magix software, upgraded many times, on 2 different computers.

Are you having a specific problem with Xara DPX 18.5?

Upgrading from what?

The only problem that I have seen on the TalkGraphics forum (all about Xara) is that one had to put in the serial number when updating/upgrading to 18.5.
