To resolve this issue you need to email infoservice@magix.net, explaining ALL the details (including your order number) and ask if they will refund the $10. In my experience they are usually prepared to allow this sort of refund, or allow you to cancel the existing order (and receive a full refund) prior to placing a revised Upgrade order, especially since you have purchased the new software very recently..
