After purchasing Xara designer pro, An upgrade was offered because I was still inside the upgrade period. I did the upgrade. I am now beyond the upgrade period and the software crashed (or just refused to run with error code -59) and the prompt recommended reinstallation. So I went to my account at Magix and only the original purchase version is available to download. Am I not entitled to have the software run at the last version that I was authorized to upgrade to?
