Upgrade

I purchased an upgrade to v14 and it won't install. I'm guessing this is because I'm running v9!! How can I change my 'upgrade' to 'new' and pay the balance? Ian

Your upgrade should install fine. Which operating system are you using? Did you get an error message during the installation?

"v9" ? If you mean Sound Forge 9, you can have other versions of Sound Forge installed on the same PC without issue. I currently have SF-10, 12, 13 and 14 installed.

I am not exactly sure what you mean by, "How can I change my upgrade to new and pay the balance?" An 'upgrade' or 'new' is the exact same software. The upgrade price is just lower, since you had purchased a previous version.
