I needed to buy a new computer. Wanted to upgrade from Ver. 12 to new Ver. 14. Tried to reinstall from original DVD but need a S/N. Any way to do this?

You need to purchase the SF-14 upgrade. Magix will issue you a new serial number, from which your can download SF-14 or fully activate the demo if it is already installed.
If you just want to run SF-12 on the new PC, you will need the original SF-12 serial number to activate it.. If you do not have it, you should be able to retrieve at Magix Service Center , in the My Products page. SF-12 should have been registered upon initial installation on the old PC. You will need the email address and password you used when you registered SF-12. Otherwise, contact the Magix Customer Service Sales Team which handles activation issues. btw, If SF-12 was already installed on two PCs, you will need to deactivate it on one.
