Tried to enter license after windows 10 upgrade and audio cleaning lab 2013 says I'm maxed out. I need you to reset so I can use the program on 2 licenses. I payed for the program I need it.
These are user to user forums, not Magix Support, so there really is no point in writing that I need you to reset... because we, all the fellow-users who post here, have no access at all to your account details and so cannot reset anything for you!
However, you can do this yourself! Go to your Magix account, log in, go to "My Products", find where your version of Audio Cleaning Lab is listed and deactivate it on any computer you no longer own or use.
