It asked if i wanted to update the program and i did and now all of my add ons are gone, nothing shows up on my purchases in the app but they are still on my account on the site.

You've probably "updated" to the latest free version. This means that you'll need to download all the instruments and features that you had in the previous version.Which version did you have before the update?
Did you log in (Join) when the program opens? Once you do, you will see the last Edition that you purchased, if any. Then, go to the Downloads tab - there is a Cloud button in the top menu to turn on the Downloads tab - then download and install everything.

Your image shows an older version of Music Maker. The most recent version is 2022. So which version of the program did you update to? Look under Help, About.
Also, you show that you may have a subscription. Do you?

The version you bought with that bundle is Music Maker EDM Edition, which is, essentially, an "old" version of the Free edition (with some additional soundpools and instruments.)
When you updated you would have now "moved" to MM 2022 Free. If so, on opening the app you should see a large splashscreen. The upper right corner of that screen should look like this; (I have removed my email address from the image):
See the highlighted box. Click on it and enter the serial key you have for that EDM edition. Doing so should enable you to download all that additional content, via the Downloads tab on the main workscreen.
