NEW TIMELINE - WE UPDATED THIS THREAD ACCORDINGLY:

Dear users,

we would like to inform you that we will make some changes on magix.info and in our ticket system, so that you can reach us better in the future. Therefore we have completely reworked the support area and made some more changes and bug fixes.

Start: Monday, 10 October.2022 at 8.00am (CEST)
End (planned): Thursday, 13 October 2022 at 3.00pm (CEST)

In the beginning, support and customer service requests can be created as usual. From Tuesday 11 October 2022 at 11.00pm (CEST), those requests cannot be created via e-mail nor magix.info any more.

Until Thursday 13 October 2022 3.00pm (CEST), magix.info will be partially or fully unavailable.

Our volunteer forum moderators know the ropes and will be happy to assist you with their expertise.
