Hello, I subscribed to the MAGIX VEGAS POST 365 subscription in the 2nd week of October.
After approximately ten days, on the eve of 22nd October, I emailed the support team (MAGIX SALES DEPARTMENT) to cancel my subscription against my email address (engr.noman*******l@gmail.com) and contract number (ACN-1114D-*****-*****-VNHDX). But I have received no response, and now the company has charged me again for the second month, which is ridiculous.
After searching for many hours, I found this forum to post on. So, kindly unsubscribe me and refund my money for the second month. Thank you!
