Hi jeff

thanks for the link, but to contact them you need to create an account? there are no email addresses visible,

only snail mail address, or phone number, or even unsubscribe to notifications, unless you know of a way to stop the notifications that appear in Win 10 when you sign in to your computer.

thanks Paul

Hi

. . . . . please remove all details from databases as the notifications are becoming a nuisance . . . . but to contact them you need to create an account? . . . .

At a guess you have installed a Magix product either for testing or purchased and installed and you are now getting pop ups offering you various Magix products and deals.

If so then the cause is Magix Connect which is installed with the software, uninstall it.

This will not affect the usage of the program should you continue to use it, however it will stop you using the transfer function from Camera MX (mobile app) to the PC via WiFi, additionally Connect may be re-installed when it is upgraded - in which case see this topic on how to disable the popups.

You created an account when you registered/activated the software
