Unreadable file

The program crashed, and while I was trying to save a project. This was frustrating by itself, but now I can no longer open the file at all. The program says it cant read the file. I am pretty mad about it. What do I need to do to fix this

Hi,

Open the last backup file that should have been automatically saved within 10 minutes of the crash, unless you changed the default settings. If you don't know what or where this is, then watch this tutorial.
