hi guys i still not able to use the supscription and its is plank on magix and i payed for it a couple of weeks can you please help
@terence-wickings8573 First, you need to be logged in. If this doesn't work, try to log out and then log back in. It can take a minute until everything is synchronised completely, so be patient. If it still doesn't work please open the program settings and click on the button to clean up the store. Then try again.
