Unlimited loops

My unlimited loops are not showing up in my store, having a hard time getting my loops to show up in the store. What do i do?

@Shaunna-kelly It could help if you open the Music Maker program settings and click on the button to clean up the store.

same for me. bought magix music creator premium 2023 and loops unlimited. I have a coupon for unlimited loops magix store shows I own unlimited. but all loops in the store show price and want me to buy. When I log into my product it shows I purchased magix premiom2023 but not loops unlimited

@tincanp38f A coupon is not a subscription. Are you sure you're still subscribed to Loops Unlimited? The shop shows your subscription but Music Maker is not showing it? Are you using the same account for both?

Have you cleaned to store cache? This might be necessary after installing updates.
