@Ralph-Allenjr Usually it helps if you open the program settings and click on the button to clean up the store. This will delete the cache and can solve problems like you described.

ok, so that didn't work. i even uninstalled and re-installed it. not working. doesn't even acknowledge my subscription. WTH!!!! it was just working a couple weeks ago. i'm going to try it on one of my other systems and see if that works. not happy😱

@Ralph-Allenjr Be sure you are logged into your account when using Music Maker. Try to log out, restart the program and log back in.

Yes,i understand being logged in. it's not the program on this computer it's the system. not sure what happened. it works on my PC fine. just not my laptops. frustrating!!!!

Assuming this means you have the program installed on 3 computers - the licence conditions allow the use of 2 installations simultaneously, the third will not be useable until you deactivate one of the other 2.

You can check the number of activations used in your account at magix.com - login there and select My Products there you will see all your registered products and details of activations etc..
