I every month i pay for the unlimited loops but they are not working, can you tell me WHY if they are not working with in the next week i will stop the payment for the unlimited loops. Because why should i pay for something that is not working.
@zionism Please go into the program settings and click on the button to clean up the store. This will delete the cache. This can help with problems you described.
@catacosmosis Rescan the Soundpools in the program settings.
I have done that. Twice. What I need is to be able to access my payment information at this point. That appears to be impossible since there is no link to that information as there is supposed be, where it is supposed to be, according their "help" article....
@catacosmosis Doesn't matter if you reinstall it on another drive because the program settings are always saved in the Appdata folder on drive C.

It's possible that your screen resolution is too low and that's why you cannot see the link because the welcome screen gets squeezed.
