@zionism Please go into the program settings and click on the button to clean up the store. This will delete the cache. This can help with problems you described.

I have done that. Twice. What I need is to be able to access my payment information at this point. That appears to be impossible since there is no link to that information as there is supposed be, where it is supposed to be, according their "help" article....

I have even gone so far as to reinstall the entire program to a whole new drive.

@catacosmosis Doesn't matter if you reinstall it on another drive because the program settings are always saved in the Appdata folder on drive C.

That appears to be impossible since there is no link to that information as there is supposed be, where it is supposed to be, according their "help" article....

It's possible that your screen resolution is too low and that's why you cannot see the link because the welcome screen gets squeezed.
