Which exact version of ACID?
Where did you buy the software? The error message, although you have not fully quoted it I think, suggests you are using a version whose serial number has already been registered before so, either you are attempting to re-register (why?) or you have a second-hand version of the software and its previous owner has not deregistered it.
If I am completely wrong, my apologies. In which case please give us full details of your situation.
