I guess you are of course online. I only can imagine that the process is blocked by your firewall, virus scanner what ever....

Please go to www.magix.com, klick on "register" (right, top over the navigation), enter the complete data by hand....it might be a little bit more complicated because you need to copy / paste the computer ID (displayed in the programm).

Other option: disable the firewall for the time of registration.
