Unable to register

after pasting in serial number, from email, green ticks appear ok. But unable to register. box says 'online connection could not be estableished. Ive reset and restarted pc win10, makes no difference. any ideas. im a muso, not a techy, so easy steps pls

There is sometimes trouble with the server.. keep trying.
Temporarily disable anti-virus.
There has been occasional reports of this issue going back to when the online activation began Searching this forum may show other options to try.
Sorry I do not have an absolute remedy.

Thanks. Sorted, had to disable firewall for a couple of secs. Job done😄
