Do you mean version 14 or 2014. If 2014 please use the fiull version number to avoid confusion with previous versions.
If you mean MEP 14, released in 2008, then, If you have Windows 8, 8.1 or 10, MEP14 is not compatible with these versions of Windows and you will have to upgrade to a compatible version.
The incompatability is due to changes Microsoft made in these versions of Windows which render many older programs obsolete.
if you mean MEP 2014 then uninstall the program, run the Magix cleaner tool, available here, then re-install.
