I did purchase Mp3 deluxe 19 on humble bundle marsh 6, 2018. I was able to use it during some time but now I am not even able to open it. Every time I try i have that error

I tried to uninstall and reinstalled, but it did not work. (the installation seem correct because I am even able to enter my key and activate it).

When I look at the description in the technical information it show ACCES_VIOLATION. I don't understand.

I got a power outage a week ago and since then it does that. I am not really familiar with computer, but i did check for virus, corrupt file and my husband check to for some thing I don't even understand( he work in IT). He doesn't have that problem with his version of the program on his computer, but mine do not work anymore and even him do not understand the problem. Can somebody help me. I hate Itunes and that program is the only one doing what I need.
