Unable to obtain Activation Code on Music Maker Premium 2022

I purchased the download version of MMP2022 and run WIndows 11. Using the voucher, got the serial number, and registered the software. At that point I could not proceed to get the activation code. Using every number in my computer, the form would not accept my computer ID. The program runs like a free version: only one sound loop at a time, no sounds from the keyboard. Am I missing something else. I thought opening a "new project" would help but it didn't. I think I tried everything.

@neal-roll You cannot activate Music Maker with the computer ID. This only works for other Magix Software.

You just log in with your user account and enter the serial number. Then Music Maker Premium Edition is registered to your account. After that it is enough to just log in after opening the program to load your Premium Edition features.

@Mahesh-Mahbubani Have you downloaded and installed everything in the Download tab inside Music Maker? External VST instrument need to be included inside the VST path inside the program settings before they are visible.

I'm not sure. Unable to find a download option, but when I have Songmaker turned on all the VSTs are locked. Someone said it's because I have Windows 11. As I mentioned before, I keep getting ads for the Premium Version and at the top of the intro page it says "Free Edition" I embarrassingly paid more than the going price and downloaded the version I have with a code. How can I tell?

Music Maker is free, however limited in what features it has.

You buy an edition which contains extra features, soundpools, instruments etc depending on the edition purchased - ie Plus, Premium, or one of the special editions eg EDM etc. Once the P3- serial number has been used to register/join/login the program on startup - the edition content will be unlocked and available for download.

Where and what exactly did you buy?

Hi,

There is only 1 version of Music Maker and it's free. You activate Editions on the Welcome screen of Music Maker after logging in (Join). If you have previously activated Editions and you are not logged, they will not show up.

It can take up to a minute after opening Music Maker for it to go through the process and show that you are logged in and show your latest activated Edition.

Note that the download included in the email with the purchase of an Edition is for the program, Music Maker 2022. If you already have it installed, there is no need to do it again. In other words, the link for download is NOT for an Edition. Once in Music Maker and a new Edition has been activated, you go to the Downloads tab (there is a button on the top toolbar to open the downloads window/tab - or shortcut D). Download and install everything.

The paths for VST's are to be set under Program Settings, Folders, at the bottom of the screen.

Magix Music Maker Premium Edition 2022. I tried to register/join/login several times using the P3- SN but it would never accept the SN. I received the program for Christmas from Amazon and paid more than what it is advertised for on the Magix site.

@neal-roll You wrote you already registered the serial number. You can only register it once to your user account. It doesn't work if you enter it multiple times. You only need to log into your user account and download all the premium features from the download tab.

On the start up screen are you logged in with the email address used to register the program or do you have a Join button in the location shown below
