Unable to login to my account

I'm unable to login to my magix account. I've tried to recive my password for days but nothing happens, the thing is that I changed my email and now everything seems to have gone crazy.

I finally ended up creating a new account but the soundpools etc are on my other account and I really want to be able to use what I've payed for.

I've tried to find a place to contact customer service but not found one.

Atm I'm logged in to music maker but it's on my work computer and I'm afraid I'm going to accidentely be logged out.

Don't know what to do, I want to reset to my old email adress so everything starts working again and so that I can contunie projects at home after work.

Welcome to the Magix forums.

You need to contact Customer Services, using the Contact button in the footer of every forum page, and explain the problem of the changed email address and ask that they reset your account details.

OR, log into your Magix account, using your old email address and password, select User data and edit the details there to include your new email address. Clearly, if you have lost your old password this method is not going to be available to you.

Once your old account has been correctly "revived" I would suggest you ask Customer Service to transfer any data from the new account you created to the old one so that you retain full accessibility to all your product(s) and content.
