I've been charged 2x already and unable to access unlimited loops I've been with magix since 2006 and this the first time I had issues please help or will take business somewhere else also want refund for what I'm not using !!!!!!
@ANTHONY-MCNEILL Try the follwoing, go into the program settings and click on the button to clean up the store. There is also a button to re-scan all Soundpools. Do this after you reset the store.
If you were charged twice instead of one time only you need to contact sales support at infoservice@magix.net to get help from them. We are just users here, like you, and cannot do anything about this problem.
