Unable to load any of the Fifteen "Drums" (ONLY) Soundpools in Music Maker Premium 2017. Any solutions?

All the other Soundpool Files, I downloaded appear to work fine! Also the drum patterns from within the other Soundpool Genres work as they should.

My problem seems to be the FIFTEEN - DRUMS ONLY SOUNDPOOLS. For example:

Drums#HipHop

Drums#Pop 100

Drums#Rock

Drums #Chillout

When I select one of these in LOOPS........the various patterns are displayed. However, when I click on one of these patterns........instead of loading......I have a message displayed that the file........has been deleted or moved and cannot be used.

However, if I use the FILE MANAGER. I am able to click on the DRUM pattern....and it will load and play. So, I know the file in question, is at the proper location and functioning.

My problem appears to be .....not being able to preview and load these specific DRUM LOOPS.

I recently upgraded from Music Maker 2015 to Music Maker Premium 2017. I also have Samplitude Music Studio 2013 and a few Soundpool DVD Collections. Operating on Windows 10, CyberPower desktop computer.

Steps I followed to resolve my problem:

Solution: First,  on your computer, manually remove the # sign from the Title of each of the Loops....located at C://users/public/documents/magix/common/soundpools/basics_19

For example: Drums#Pop 100

Rename as: Drums Pop 100

Secondly, Add each of the renamed Titles to the Magix Music 2017 program by going to Loops and then clicking on the button on the right side of the Search window. Click on Add new Soundpools. Locate each renamed Title and Add them to your list of Soundpools.
