Unable to install- error message

So, I just purchased the Music Maker 2021 Premium Edition package; but am unable to successfully install. I keep getting these: "Music Maker.exe System Error: The code execution cannot proceed because MSVCP140.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem."
"Music Maker.exe System Error: The code execution cannot proceed because VCRUNTIME140.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem."

I've uninstalled and tried several times with no success. What is the fix?

@David-Conatser Try downloading and installing the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015, 2017 and 2019 (vc_redist.x64.exe for a 64 bit system) https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/2977003/the-latest-supported-visual-c-downloads
