I'm having this exact same issue, but it's not for installing fresh soundpools, it's for installing updates to soundpools I already installed previously.

I am also having the same problem with the same soundpool.

Me too! How come technical staff do not give a solution?

Works for me. Where are you looking for this in MusicMaker? Under

A Fantasy Tale

or

Score - A Fantasy Tale

The files are located at:

C:\Users\Public\Documents\MAGIX\Common\Soundpools\Shop\Score - A Fantasy Tale

and in MusicMaker at:

@talkingstick

This is a user forum, not Magix Support. If you want to raise a ticket, you do it on the Magix.com site, under Support.

I noticed that none of you gave any information on the version of MusicMaker that you are using. Please do so.

The latest version is 25.1.2.78. If yours is earlier, that may explain the problem and you need to update to the latest patch.

@talkingstick

Are you able to navigate to the location of the instruments of

C:\Users\Public\Documents\MAGIX\Common\Soundpools\Shop\Score - A Fantasy Tale

using Windows Explorer and open the subfolders?

If so, then your problem may be the version of MusicMaker and you need to update.

If not, then your problem may be one of access.

I'm at the latest version.

I can see all other soundpools.

Also I cannot update any existing soundpools.
