unable to insert video effects on movie pro edit 15.I right click on the video and highlight video fx then click on load video effects.and I get an empty folder.I tried on my laptop and my sons computer and the same problem.maybe this edition has no video

The 'Load video effects...' should bring up a user's effects folder by default. If you have not saved any of your own the folder will be empty. You can navigate to other locations to load effects that came with your version of MEP. If you have the download version, rather than a box set, there will not be many presets to start with. You need to download them from 'Help' >> 'Free download'. (Exact wording may vary with program version.)

Why don't you get your effects from the tab in the media pool? I don't have MEP 15 to check but even MEP 14 has this option.
