Hello,

This has happened to me once before. I believe that when I own too many styles, the system is unable to handle it. In June of this year I had the same problem so Microsoft returned some of my money and cancelled some of my styles, when doing this all my download styles returned to my page and I was able to access them again. Now it has happened again... All my styles are unable to play and I am only able to use music maker jam with 3 free styles. When I try to buy new styles it takes my money and stores it with all others that I can not access and I no longer can play saves music.
