Unable to export video file

I'm new to the Video Sound Cleaning Lab software. I managed to import my video file, did the cleaning. When I try exporting to a new video file, the software showed a popup "Preparing Video Export" but when it finished, nothing happened. There is no file in my output folder. What could be wrong here??

Hi, welcome to the Magix forums.

First, please read this post and give us ALL the information requested there.

Then, please tell us exactly which version of VSCL you have. Are you aware the program has not been updated for several years and is now superceded by the new version Sound Forge Audio Cleaning Lab?

Also, it might be useful if you were to post the info about your actual video file; download and install the free MediaInfo utility, point it to your video file and post the results of the Tree view here.
