Unable to export a video using windows media export.

When I try to export the video in 1080p 1920x1080 my video preview is a black screen. If i lower the resolution my video shows video, but with black bars going up and down spaced varying on which resolution I have selected. I tried to export a small amount of the clip just to see if it was just the video preview that was black, but the whole video was black after a full export as well. I have already reset my Movie Edit Pro 2016 to its default settings and my OS is Windows 10.

Hi

Check that your MEP 2016 is patched up to date - the current version is 15.0.0.90.

Was MEP 2016 a new install on Windows 10?

If not and it was installed on Windows 7 or 8 which was then upgraded to Windows 10 then you may need to reinstall using this procedure?
