When trying to export a completed song I am unable to do so. When the process of normalizing ends the program crashes (at the Mixing Down stage). The error report indicates that it is an access Access Violation.
When reporting an issue, it helps others if you provide as much info as you can.
- What version of MM?
eg: 32.1.0.18
- What version of Windows?
- What have you tried?
- exporting to WAV or MP3?
- you mentioned "normalizing" -- what happens if you don't normalize?
- project details
- loops only? or...?
- effects?
- whatever other details you can think of.
I left out a couple of words in my opening sentence which might help it make more sense. The line should have read: When reporting an issue, it helps others to help you if you provide as much info as you can.
I had the same problem. Bought a faster computer and it works better, but Magix is still notorious for crashing with More than 10 plug ins especially from outside publishers. Make a folder with the project inside it and save the file to a wma inside it. Then go online and convert the .wma to a .wav or .mp3 "IF" Magix can export to .wma. You may have a bit more luck.
