I downloaded and installed Music Maker 2024 successfully. When I tried to open it I got a locked screen and the message "Installing import modules>" It sat like that for hours, no response from clicking on any icon. I had to close by using the Windows Task Manager. What is going on?
@Jesse-Minkert There is likely a hidden error message behind the splash screen. Some users already had this problem but weren't able to read what the error message is about. So we also don't know. It might have to do with an incorrect screen resolution (maybe it's a warning that it is too small).
You should be able to close the hidden window by pressing the right arrow key and then Enter on your keyboard (this might toggle an ignore button?). Then Music Maker should start.
If you can find a way to show us the error message, for example by moving the splash screen with your mouse or by pressing Alt+Tab, this would be very helpful for future reference.
