Unable to browse to anywhere other than Desktop when saving/exporting

I am able to open a file from anywhere on my system (C:, E:, network drive), but if I choose the radio button to Browse to a location other than where I opened a file, all I can choose from is the Desktop and any of its subfolders.

Studio One, Reaper, Cakewalk and Pro Tools are working file (and obviously File Explorer).

Any ideas?

What version and build of Sound Forge do you have?
Read the 'Sticky' at the head for the main Sound Forge forum page.

Offhand, I do not recall reading of this behavior by other Sound Forge users.

Version 16.1.2 (Build 55). Thanks for pointing me to the main forum. I'll check there as well.
Also note that Export is new to me. My previous version 11 does not have Export.

Export is basically the same as 'Save as', except Export is in the 'Instant Action' menu which can execute a process or two just prior to rendering the new file.
