Unable to apply unused coupon.

My Welcome email from magix has a coupon code to the value of £10:

The coupon has a value of GBP 10 | 10 EUR | AUD 15 | ZAR 100 and
is valid until 1 Feb 2023.

However, when I go to use it to buy something it says the coupon is invalid? Why is this and can this be solved please?

Also I want to get a free soundpool which it invites me to do but when I click on a soundpool I want it just sends me to the link to buy it. So that doesn't seem to work either. Can anyone help?

@Mark-Keeble If this a coupon for subscribing to the newsletter you cannot use it to buy Soundpools. You can only use the coupon at the Magix.com store.
