Unable to access Loopz Unlimited

I recently purchased MM 2025 Ultimate with Loopz Unlimited and every time I try to access it it says I need to pay. What gives here?

@DigitalChaos I suspect Loops Unlimited needs a separate voucher number which you need to redeem first. Please check the order confirmation e-mail thoroughly for details.
