Im discovering the same issues w/Ubuntu.

If you download a program called "wine" you can download windows programs.

ill open magix music maker 2016 with the wine program, it will download and almost finish downloading until an error message pops up saying you need windows 8 or newer.

ive researched a few things online and there are patches that will complete the download, but the webpage has so many options to click on for patches i dont know which one is the right patch for my os (ubuntu linux 16.04.01)

also trying to download magix music maker hip hop edition 6 (using wine) will also need a patch but how do know what patch you need ???

anyone smart enough to figure this out could help, please insite!

Please do not resurrect old topics, this one is over 6 years old.

Music Maker is a Windows only and will not run correctly on other OS's using Windows emulators.
