I'm having a problem with my Producer Base account. I entered a support request through the web page, and got a confirmation email back on Jan 28. It's now Feb 08 and (other than the confirmation) I haven't heard anything. Is it normal for support requests to take so long?
@gjonny No, that's a very long time without an answer. I would suggest you try to sent a follow-up e-mail asking them for reaction. Be sure you use the same ticket number in the subject.
So, after your feedback, I did reply, and got a response shortly after. I'll keep that in mind for any future issues. Unfortunately, their (Magix Support) reply wasn't useful. 🙁 Will keep trying.
