Turn OFF Overview bar

I have figured out how to turn OFF overview bar in data window display, however, I want to have it OFF as "default". It is redundant to have to do it for every window. How is this done?

At the bottom of the Options> Data Window, there is a Set as Default option. When that is selected, the current items should recur on subsequent timelines.
