Trying to repurchase Loops Unlimited

Here is my issue. I purchased Loops Unlimited on 7.4.21, and it worked great for me for a bout a week. I updated to the new software, and it would crash every time I touched the product.

There is no where to manage or cancel subscriptions on Magix website. Not for Loops. It just has a date when you register the product. Not being able to cancel, I blocked the reoccurring payments for a product I wasn't able to use.

Version 30.1.23 seems to have fixed issues I was having w/ the constant crashing. However I am unable to manage my subscription. Following the prompts on the help page doesn't exist in this new version, as clicking the icon on the top right takes you to an entirely different landing page.

I'd like to cancel and re-subscribe, and hopefully be able to USE the product.
