I just got a new PC but it doesn't have a DVD drive so I wanted to download the digital version. When I went to the Magix website and clicked on the product registration tab in the help center and filled out the necessary information including the serial number and when I clicked register product it said, "the serial number is already in use" I had the software installed on my old PC so, I was able to basically uninstall it from my old pc and thought that would work. I tried to register the product on my new PC again, and it gave me the same message. How do I download this software digitally? Also, the serial number is valid.
