@Charlie-CruzOrtube Are you getting a specific error message? The firewall or Windows Defender can block the installation, then it stays at 0%. Is that the case it can help to deactivate them temporarily.
Can i download the older version it works better and easier to fix latency and i can adjust by vocals tracks by the mila second. This 24 version isnt working right and cant find no help on here.
Assuming you registered your previous versions with Magix, you can find them on your My Products page when you log in to Magix. How up-to-date they are, I don't know.

The latency problem is solved by using a good audio driver and interface card, not by the version of Music Maker. There should be no difference.
For adjusting to the milli-second, see this to adjust the grid or make it no grid.
