The order form will not allow me to order CD/DVD version that I can see. I have terrible internet connection that won't allow me to download it. CD/DVD version is my only option. I would order by land line if there is one.
Sorry I'm referring to Sound Forge Pro 15 for PC.
@Boscoe Is there no option to add a backup DVD to your order below the green continue button?
If not, then I think you are living in a country where no DVD delivery is included or possible. You can try and contact sales support at infoservice@magix.net directly and ask them for a disc.
Depending on where you live and if a disc delivery is possible it could also take some weeks until a disc will arrive at your location and international shipping is not cheap, especially express shipping.
Thanks but the purchase info said both download or physical media available with a $5.00 shipping charge on the DVD. The backup DVD is $15 more. I don't need a backup if I have the disc. I live in the USA. I'll contact service. Thanks again.
Most everywhere has a McDonald's which has Free Wifi. Bring your laptop, grab yourself a parking place near the building and start downloading.
