i'm trying to buy some new soubdpool licences from the producerplanet site, but i'm unable to register a new account. i'm only getting an 503 sitter error. site unavailable. is there a solution to this?
In this instance the 503 service unavailable error means the service for creating accounts is not available - the server may be under maintenance - try again later.

it looks like the "create account" is up and running again, but now it's not possible to pay for the loops. Is the payment gateway closed for maintenance?

Hi thanks for the tip, but i don't think the problem is related to this. The 2-factor authentication looks like it's working, but when i put a product in the basket and trying to pay with my mastercard, the price for the product is zero, and the site just produces an error. I have sent an email to Magix regarding to this problem, and i hope i get an soulution as soon as possible. It would been easier if there was possible to pay with paypal.
