Trying to import from vcr

When I click on import from analogue video source I do net get any options for importing. I am using Windows 10 Home 64 bit.

We need more information:

Computer specification and Rescue Your Video Tapes version number - see this topic for exactly what is required.

What device are you using to connect the VCR to the computer?

Only signed in to the forum yesterday and I was asked to post my question.

Having read through some of the earlier threads I learned that my problem was a driver problem and I have since resolved it.
