First, please edit or remove the image which shows your computer "About". It contains both your Device ID and Product ID which are confidential to you and should never be posted to a public forum like this one.
The error message titled "Installation Error" clearly shows the problem is with a missing Microsoft component. That is what you need to resolve in order to successfully install and run MEP. Doing a quick Google search on the specific error code (#1603) led to this page, at least one of whose entries suggests this is a security permissions issue with your machine.
I can only suggest you look carefully at that page (there is at least one link to a Microsoft Support page) and see what you can discover.
However, before you do that, and because you have already uninstalled MEP 3 times (as @browj2 said, this is NOT what you should have done because the install will almost certainly NOT have removed "everything" and there could swell be leftovers that are continuing to five you the same problem) please download and install the free Revo Uninstaller and allow it to remove everything connected with this installation of MEP. Just be careful to check what it tells you it is going to remove, especially if you have other Magix software on your computer.
Once you are sure that the uninstallation has cleared all traces of MEP from your computer then read the page and follow the links to resolve the #1603 error code. Then try again to install MEP.
Uninstalling and re-installing with out cleaning up the files, folders and registry entries left behind by the un-installer will not fix issues with the program - the un-installer cannot remove them as it knows nothing about them - they are created on first run of the program.
Looking at your images you have several issues:
Error 1603 - Visual C++ redistributables - download and install Revo Uninstaller (free) and use it to uninstall Movie Edit Pro then do the scan and clean up files/folders and registry entries left behind.
Check you Antivirus is not blocking the program installation - if necessary turn it off once the main program download has completed.
It is not advisable to run 2 or more instances of the program at once - ignoring the warning message you got can lead to odd behaviour.
If you still get C++ error messages - see this article.
