Bought new pc, went to my magix account, downloaded installer from inside my account for previously purchased mp3deluxe that was installed on old pc, installed program, put in serial number, then registration would not go through, tried to call magix USA, no answer for 30 minutes during listed business hours, put in service request ticket online, no response 48 hours later, tried to register again and got message that I had exceeded the maximum number of unlock procedures, (not a surprize as I have been trying for three days to unlock the program), message tells me to contact magix support to unlock, back to website, sign in, attempt to put in a second request and am told I need to pay for the support as my product is too old (huh?). So, what, now I get to try to call on Monday and hang on hold for another 30 minutes and start the entire customer no-service wheel spinning again?
Does ANYBODY have ANY idea how to ACTUALLY TALK TO A HUMAN BEING AT MAGIX SO THEY CAN GET THERE SOFTWARE TO WORK?
